Structural Designer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for structural design in various stages of process industry production plant projects
• Handle everything from preliminary design to detailed design
• Actively participate in projects, working independently or within a team
• Manage structural design, implementation, and monitoring
• Contribute to cost estimation and influence total solutions from early design stages

Requirements

• Engineering degree in a relevant field
• At least three years of experience in similar roles (recent graduates also considered)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and TEKLA 3D design tools
• Fluent Finnish and good English language skills
• Proactive, meticulous, and customer-oriented attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in fast-paced project environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial projects and customer-facing roles
• Experience in site installation supervision or other site-based tasks
