Structural BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural BIM team in delivering high-quality models, drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
• Manage BIM coordination and daily workflows, including project setup and data set management.
• Develop and maintain BIM workflows, templates, libraries, and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Manage interdisciplinary coordination with Architectural, MEP, Facade, and Landscape teams to resolve clashes.
• Create federated models and lead BIM coordination meetings to identify and track design conflicts.
• Ensure construction documents are accurate based on discipline BIM modeling.
• Support the implementation of ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to BIM Modelers and Technicians.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables for authority submissions and ensure compliance with local protocols.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience in BIM coordination.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM Collaborate Pro.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
• Proven experience working on GCC projects and familiarity with regional practices.
• Deep understanding of reinforced concrete and steel structure modeling practices.
