Stroke Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Provide specialised physiotherapy services to patients with stroke and neurological conditions
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
• Provide ongoing rehabilitation to support recovery and functional independence
• Work within the stroke pathway and collaborate with the Community Stroke Team
• Deliver high-quality care within the community setting of Tower Hamlets
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
• Right to work in the UK
• Relevant degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in stroke or neurological physiotherapy
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to work in both hospital and community settings

• Experience working in a community setting
