Striker - 非即飲通路業務專員

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer coverage by optimizing effective routes and visit schedules
• Execute in-store plans to improve product availability, shelf share, and brand visibility
• Expand the presence of Red Bull branded refrigerators within the territory
• Manage in-store inventory to prevent out-of-stock situations and encourage customer reordering
• Implement and execute channel-wide and store-specific promotional activities and sales incentives
• Maintain accurate visit system records and submit timely monthly activity reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
• Strong knowledge of non-ready-to-drink (non-RTD) channels
• Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of business operations and profit structures
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license (car or motorcycle)
• Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time
