About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain an integrated fitness and sports program at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB).
  • Teach a variety of aerobics and strength classes, including step-aerobics, Pilates, weight training, cardiovascular, CrossFit, and circuit training.
  • Conduct a minimum of 15 aerobics or strength training classes per week.
  • Schedule classes to maximize participation from the base population.
  • Program and conduct intramural leagues for core sports such as softball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology.
  • Two years of personal fitness training experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Valid U.S. Passport and Driver's License.
  • Active or obtainable U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
  • Ability to meet CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multiple fitness certifications (e.g., step, aerobics, spin).
  • Experience working in contingency or wartime environments.
  • Experience working with government contracts.
  • Documented supervisory experience.
