Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up production machines (setup)
• Supervise the production process of paper straws
• Monitor line operation and react to deviations from standards
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and minor machine adjustments
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure production continuity

Requirements

• Minimum vocational education (mechanical, printing, or related)
• 1–2 years of experience in paper processing, packaging, food packaging, printing, or FMCG preferred
• Experience in machine operation
• Accuracy, responsibility, and a quality-oriented mindset
• Readiness to work in shifts
• Moderate English proficiency (spoken and written) is a plus
• SEP electrical qualifications
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological certificate
• Mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automated production environments
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly across different organizational departments
