About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up production machines
- Supervise the paper straw production process
- Monitor line performance and respond to deviations from standards
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and minor machine adjustments
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure continuity
Requirements
- Minimum vocational education (mechanical, printing, or related)
- 1–2 years of experience in paper processing, packaging, food packaging, printing, or FMCG preferred
- Experience in machine operation
- Accuracy, responsibility, and a quality-oriented mindset
- Readiness to work in shifts
- Moderate English proficiency (spoken and written) is a plus
- SEP electrical qualifications
- Valid sanitary-epidemiological certificate
- Mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
