Strathisla Brand Home Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Brand Home staff operations, including recruitment, training, and rota planning.
• Deliver premium, immersive whisky experiences and host VIP/HNWI guests.
• Drive financial profitability by setting KPIs, managing budgets, and optimizing revenue through promotional plans.
• Oversee operational excellence, including stock management, cash handling, and health and safety compliance.
• Act as the premises manager, ensuring all legal licensing requirements are met.
• Utilize digital and social media platforms to maximize tour occupancy and visitor engagement.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and autonomous working style.
• Proven experience in project management and people management.
• Strong business acumen, including budget development, control, and KPI analysis.
• Experience in retail and stock management.
• Proficiency in digital environments and social media usage.
• Ability to work unsocial hours, including weekends.
• Full driving license.
• Ability to obtain a personal license for premises management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in heritage/luxury brands and premium whiskies.
• Experience in high-end hospitality or luxury guest experiences.
