Strategy & Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a critical team member for management consulting projects, supporting organizational development, strategic planning, and business process improvement.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and dataset reviews to address complex challenges.
• Develop client work products including root cause analyses, gap analyses, findings reports, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Create visually impactful communication materials and reporting dashboards to support client decision-making.
• Build and sustain meaningful relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support internal business development initiatives and firm-wide communities of practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, process improvement, or change management.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data visualization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Change management, process improvement, or project management certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, CAPM).
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
