Strategy & Solutions Lead, Enterprise Learning Operations

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior learning and business leaders to shape learning strategy and develop operational roadmaps within a complex enterprise environment.
• Design and embed learning operating models, including service structures, roles, responsibilities, and end-to-end workflows.
• Identify and evaluate scalable learning technologies, delivery models, and AI-enabled workflows to drive innovation.
• Establish and uphold high standards for learning design quality, providing coaching to design teams to ensure evidence-based solutions.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and co-design sessions to drive alignment on priorities, dependencies, and decision points.
• Refine operational processes, defining performance measures and quality checks to streamline enterprise learning delivery.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in learning strategy, consulting, transformation, or operating model design.
• Proven track record of working within complex, large-scale enterprise learning environments.
• Expertise in designing practical operating models, workflows, and processes that are successfully adopted by teams.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience leading high-level alignment sessions and workshops.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic advisory with hands-on execution and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
