Strategy Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive high-impact strategic insights to solve complex business challenges for global clients.
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver tailored strategic solutions.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities and managing a strong sales pipeline.
• Oversee project commercials, including scoping, pricing, and contracting new opportunities.
• Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth and project performance.
• Anticipate the impact of digital and technology innovations, such as Generative AI, on business models.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in corporate and growth strategy development.
• Proven experience in management consulting.
• Deep functional knowledge in areas such as portfolio strategy, market sizing, or new business model development.
• Strong expertise in team leadership and client management.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or MBA.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy.
• Experience applying latest technological innovations (e.g., Generative AI) to corporate strategy.
