Strategy Planner

Responsibilities

• Research culture, consumer behaviors, trends, and emerging signals within digital and social ecosystems
• Translate research and cultural insights into clear strategic opportunities
• Prepare benchmarks and competitor analysis across online and offline touchpoints
• Write creative briefs that frame strategic challenges and inspire ideas
• Develop omnichannel strategic proposals grounded in consumer journeys
• Structure strategic narratives and build compelling presentation decks
• Present strategies internally and to clients with confidence and persuasion
• Track strategy effectiveness using brand and performance KPIs
• Collaborate with Creativity, Social Media, Content, Data, and Performance teams

Requirements

• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience as a Strategist or Planner in an agency or brand consultancy
• Strong research skills including desk research and qualitative/quantitative methodologies
• Solid understanding of social platforms, formats, and digital trends
• Strong presentation and deck-structuring skills
• Native or fluent Spanish
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Strategic Planning or Digital Strategy
