Responsibilities

Depending on the specific business need, you will own one of three phases of expansion:

• Market Selection: Conduct full due diligence including competitive landscape, regulatory environments, commercial sizing, and pharmacy infrastructure to build investment theses.
• Market Launch: Act as the end-to-end owner of a market launch, from local hiring and building teams to signing pharmacy partners and managing complex workstreams.
• Market Scaling: Own the P&L for launched markets, running experiments to improve funnels, making data-driven bets, and developing local talent.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high-pressure environments (Law, MBB Consulting, Investment Banking, or high-growth Startup Operations)
• Proficiency in building commercial models from scratch
• Strong business understanding and due diligence capabilities
• Proven negotiation skills with commercial partners and suppliers
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• Excellent written communication for investment theses and slide decks
• Founder mindset with high resilience and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and data dashboarding
• Experience with data-driven decision making and stress-testing assumptions
