Strategy & Ops Leader

Responsibilities

• Run point on the most important GTM, operational, and strategy projects at the company
• Build and scale a world-class Strategy & Ops function to support 10x+ growth
• Transform the company into a well-oiled machine that scales smoothly and effectively
• Help stand up and scale other organizational functions as needed

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B startups, investment banking, consulting, or investing (PE/Hedge Fund/VC)
• High work ethic, incredible throughput, and a strong ownership mentality
• Obsession over details and a bias for action
• High integrity and ability to learn rapidly

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous GTM or operations experience at a startup
• A passion for mastering operations and GTM within the B2B startup ecosystem
• Motivation to pursue a career-defining opportunity with significant growth potential
