Strategy & Ops Lead, AI Education

Responsibilities

• Run cohort delivery end-to-end including enrollment, schedules, Slack channels, and student communications
• Own the curriculum product by managing session guides, slides, and help docs
• Design, create, and improve curriculum materials
• Build AI-powered automations and workflows using tools like Notion, n8n, and Claude Code
• Manage and coordinate instructors, TAs, and peer reviewers
• Screen, hire, and onboard new instructors and TAs
• Plan program operations weeks to months in advance
• Teach select AI education sessions to maintain quality standards

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in product management, operations, education, AI, or project management
• AI-native builder mindset with experience creating automations to gain leverage
• Strong project management skills using Notion and other tracking tools
• Background in education or instructional design, including curriculum building and cohort management
• Excellent written communication skills for student-facing copy
• Ability to work full-time, in-person in the Lehi, UT office every weekday
