Strategy & Ops (Founder's Office)

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational rhythm of the company, including running the OKR process, quarterly planning, and goal setting across all departments.
• Own and execute high-impact strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are ready to be transitioned to dedicated teams.
• Act as the connective tissue between functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, HR, etc.) to drive cross-functional alignment and communication.
• Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to solve complex, ambiguous problems that cut across the organization.
• Track organizational health and identify areas where leadership attention is required.

Requirements

• 2 to 8 years of professional experience.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and building trust across all levels of an organization.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills with a focus on data and analytics.
• High agency and the ability to move projects forward through influence rather than direct authority.
• Demonstrated independent thinking and the courage to form and defend a point of view.
• Exceptional ownership mindset with a focus on accountability and results.
• Experience in people leadership or nudging teams toward high performance.
