Responsibilities

Depending on the specific business need, you will own one of three phases of expansion:

• Market Selection: Conduct full due diligence including competitive landscape, regulatory environments, commercial sizing, and pharmacy infrastructure to build investment theses.
• Market Launch: Act as the end-to-end owner of a market launch, managing everything from local hiring and pharmacy partnerships to rigorous project management.
• Market Scaling: Own the P&L for launched markets, running experiments to improve funnels, making data-driven bets, and developing local talent.

Requirements

• 2+ years in high-pressure environments (Law, MBB Consulting, or Investment Banking) or 3+ years as an operator in a high-growth startup
• Proficiency in commercial modeling and building models from scratch
• Strong business understanding and due diligence capabilities
• Proven negotiation skills with commercial partners and suppliers
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• Excellent written communication for investment theses and slide decks
• Founder mindset with high resilience and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and data dashboarding
• Experience with data-driven decision making and stress-testing assumptions
