Strategy & Operations, Support

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and operational initiatives to scale and optimize OpenAI's customer support and user operations landscape using AI/LLMs.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to address operational challenges such as automation and process optimization.
• Deep dive into critical drivers of support operations to identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced self-service.
• Drive program structure and execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Manage change management and operational components for new initiative launches across the go-to-market organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, venture capital, private equity, or consulting.
• Proven track record of high-impact work within technical environments.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling and operational forecasting.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior executives.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of large, ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable plans.
• Ability to operate at all altitudes, from high-level strategy to hands-on troubleshooting.
