About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead operational orchestration of DeFi and EVM sidechain initiatives, including governance frameworks and fund deployment
- Develop and maintain a multi-year ecosystem growth framework anchored to Utility, Liquidity and Trust
- Define measurable metrics for external hubs and ecosystem programs like RWA grants and hackathons
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to activate use cases such as stablecoin payments and RWA tokenization
- Support the VP of Partnerships with quarterly and annual planning cycles and pipeline management
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and expand on-chain yield use cases
- Partner with PMM and product teams to deliver go-to-market plans for product launches
- Design decision-making frameworks to accelerate choices and increase transparency
- Establish operating rhythm and run key leadership meetings
- Build structured workflows for partner onboarding, risk response, and delivery management
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in strategy and operations within Web3, fintech, technology, or consulting
- Proven track record of operational support for Sales, BD, and/or Delivery teams
- Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems (L1 protocols, tokenization, stablecoins, or DeFi preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and project execution skills
- Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with dashboards and data tools
