Strategy & Operations Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Legal to execute high-visibility projects spanning implementation, support, and pricing.
• Dive deep into complex problems to identify root causes and recommend rigorous, actionable solutions.
• Build alignment and buy-in with key stakeholders to implement new organizational processes.
• Execute solutions end-to-end, leveraging AI and agentic tools to scale impact and drive results.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy & ops, or chief of staff roles.
• Proven experience working within high-growth startups.
• Proficiency with Claude code or similar agentic coding tools to automate and scale workflows.
• High EQ and strong stakeholder management skills to motivate and align diverse teams.
• A results-oriented mindset focused on business impact rather than vanity metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise SaaS environments.
• Ability to connect abstract strategic concepts with tangible operational outcomes.
