About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the ideation and operationalization of new support systems, processes, and programs
- Collaborate with leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new strategic and operational initiatives
- Work with product, engineering, and data teams to address operational challenges like automation and process optimization
- Deep dive into critical drivers of support operations to identify opportunities for innovation
- Partner with go-to-market, product, and partnerships teams to launch new initiatives and drive change management
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, and consulting
- 5+ years of experience building and leading customer-facing operations
- History of high impact work in a technical environment
- Extensive experience taking end-to-end ownership of large, ambiguous problems
- Direct experience engaging with executives and senior leaders to influence decisions
- Highly analytical with strong skills in data modeling and operational forecasting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to thrive in chaotic environments and drive program structure
