About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of multiple cross-functional strategic and technology acceleration programs across PS Strategy and STAR.
  • Define project scopes, milestones, owners, timelines, and success measures to ensure initiatives remain on track.
  • Manage the PS Strategy operating cadence, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythms to ensure decision quality.
  • Build and maintain integrated leadership scorecards, including OKRs, KPIs, and portfolio health tracking.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, strategy reviews, and offsites with high standards for preparation and follow-through.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and various business units to align priorities and execution.
  • Develop compelling narratives and executive-level presentations for leadership audiences.
  • Conduct targeted analysis to synthesize complex inputs into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, or consulting.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.

  • MBA degree.
