About the Company

Outpost is a modular back office for global commerce, helping brands expand internationally by managing tax, payments, treasury, and operational friction. We act as a Merchant of Record or provide the tools for brands to manage their own global expansion.

Responsibilities

• Act as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding market and merchant insight back into the product roadmap
• Scope and prioritise features based on merchant pain and commercial opportunity
• Build and optimise scalable processes across onboarding, compliance, and merchant operations
• Launch new markets with full legal, tax, payments, and operational setup
• Model unit economics for new markets, products, and pricing structures
• Build and maintain financial models for investor updates, KPI tracking, and market planning
• Support fundraising, board materials, and investor relations

Requirements

• Experience in high-growth fintech or tech companies (e.g., Revolut, Stripe, Wise)
• Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or PE/VC
• Experience in product, strategy, or business operations roles
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build models and run SQL
• High bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguous startup environments
• STEM degree preferred
