Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and stakeholder alignment to execution and delivery
• Architect operational workflows and governance structures built to scale to replace manual effort with efficiency
• Diagnose inefficiencies, identify root causes, and implement structured improvements across the business
• Build models, dashboards, and reporting cadences to translate data into actionable decisions
• Partner with Product and Engineering to coordinate seamless product and payments launches across markets
• Lead operational components of market entry, including readiness assessments and partner onboarding
• Define team focus, build cases for resourcing decisions, and set ambitious, grounded timelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or high-growth startup environments
• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python to translate analysis into business decisions
• Strong structured thinking skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable frameworks
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects and maintain stakeholder alignment
• Fluent English communication skills for interacting with global and executive audiences
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the payments ecosystem, including PSPs, acquirers, or payment orchestration
• Background from a top-tier consulting firm or a fast-scaling technology company
• STEM degree or equivalent quantitative background
• Sharp commercial instinct connecting operational decisions to revenue and growth
