Responsibilities

• Run the commercial engine, including deal desk, pricing approvals, contract review, and CRM integrity
• Build capital strategy and reporting, including financial models, dashboards, and board materials
• Drive hiring operations, including requisition tracking, interview logistics, and onboarding
• Scale delivery operations by designing systems for customer onboarding and project management
• Design the company operating system through playbooks, SOPs, and tooling
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects that shape the company's growth

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or Business Operations/Chief of Staff roles
• Experience at high-growth startups or top-performing SaaS/AI companies
• Exceptional financial modeling and numerical analysis skills
• Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on automation
• Strong bias toward action and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
• Ability to commit to 50+ hour work weeks
