Responsibilities
- Own the fraud and complaints function for the US market end-to-end
- Map, redesign, and automate operational processes from first principles
- Manage day-to-day fraud investigations and customer complaints
- Pull and interpret data to identify fraud typologies and complaint root causes
- Define key metrics and build reporting for senior leadership
- Execute improvement projects cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance
- Manage relationships with third-party fraud detection and complaints vendors
Requirements
- Track record of delivering complex projects in fast-moving environments
- Strong hands-on analytical ability with experience pulling and interpreting data
- Clear and direct communication skills for senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage a mixed workload of structured projects and reactive casework
- Lateral thinker capable of challenging the status quo
- Interest in how AI and technology transform operational functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or a regulated environment
