Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-impact initiatives to improve patient outcomes and business value, focusing on metrics like retention, LTV, CSAT/NPS, and contribution margin.
• Redesign patient journeys to reduce friction and increase long-term adherence.
• Drive performance in the operating model, including triage, QA, and escalation paths.
• Define and operationalise service levels (SLAs), staffing models, and capacity plans.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build operational platform capabilities and automation.
• Build business cases to quantify patient, revenue, and margin impact.
• Lead cross-functional delivery end-to-end, aligning scope, success metrics, and milestones.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to Patient Ops leadership on workforce strategy and operating models.

Requirements

• 5+ years in high-velocity, high-ownership environments (consulting/banking and startup experience preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with structured thinking.
• Hands-on approach to executing projects.
• Strong communication and execution focus.
• Product sensibility and understanding of user-centric design.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong business acumen and big-picture thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or regulated industry experience.
• Experience building propositions or products that drive behaviour change.
• Previous startup or scale-up experience.
