Strategy & Operations Manager - Creative

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the creative organisation by owning cross-functional projects
• Track AI creative use cases, monitor performance, and support automation of successful initiatives
• Calculate team incentives and track creatives with measurable performance impact
• Revamp creative reporting for the product team and external stakeholders
• Improve internal tooling, including Notion briefs and external platforms
• Monitor creative capacity allocation across games based on business priorities
• Improve metadata tracking and reporting to generate actionable monthly learnings
• Support hiring efforts and ensure career paths are defined and used across the team

Requirements

• Master's degree from a top engineering or business school
• 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations in a tech or digital environment
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• AI-savvy with experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows
• Highly structured with strong project management skills
• Autonomous, proactive, and strong sense of ownership
• Strong communicator able to synthesise complex information
• Fluent in English and French
