Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes and systems that help the GTM org run faster
• Build lightweight AI agents and automations that reduce manual work across the revenue team
• Own discrete projects and workstreams from framing through execution
• Partner with GTM leadership to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership

Requirements

• 3-4 years in strategy & operations, revenue/sales operations, or business operations at a B2B startup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with fluency in spreadsheets
• Experience building tools or processes that others rely on
• Deep comfort with AI tools and excitement for using them to build leverage
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and strong understanding of CRM systems
• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale

• Current or recent experience at a high-growth, Series A–C company
