Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in driving market expansion plans and launching new services
• Coordinate with Government Relations, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure seamless execution
• Partner with business owners and country managers to maintain world-class operational standards in licensing and local exchange operations
• Utilize data dashboards to monitor operating metrics, refine user experience, and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and implement product operation changes based on regional insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or operations within a high-growth startup
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to pull data and build quantitative models
• Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to act as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-cultural interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse global stakeholders
• Fluency in both English and Russian at a business level
• A deep passion for cryptocurrency and digital assets
