Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous, high-priority strategic problems end-to-end
• Use data to build analysis for decision-making
• Design and run cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations
• Drive go-live readiness for new product or major feature releases
• Define and manage phased launch cohorts for betas and pilots
• Run post-launch retrospectives and build repeatable feedback loops
• Support product adoption by partnering with CS, Marketing, and Product
• Surface adoption signals to inform roadmap prioritization

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in high-growth startup, B2B SaaS, AI, consulting, investment banking, or PE/VC
• 2+ years of experience in a product-driven operating role preferred
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs through influence
• Strong systems thinking and organizational instincts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High ownership mentality and bias toward action
• Interest in fintech and AI
