Strategy & Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct extension of the CEO's office to turn strategic priorities into clear execution plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives including pricing strategy, commercial model evolution, and product launches.
• Own and improve the company’s operating rhythm, including OKRs, quarterly reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility on commercial, product, and operational metrics.
• Extract and analyze data using SQL to support strategic decisions and build complex financial and operational models.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or within a high-growth tech/marketplace business.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills, including proficiency with joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Python or R and familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4.
• Deep understanding of marketplace metrics such as LTV/CAC, liquidity, and take rates.
