About the Company

Limetax is building the operating system for the €20B German tax advisory industry. We acquire established tax firms and transform them into high-performing, technology-enabled businesses by combining proprietary software, streamlined operations, and a strong group infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio operations and the integration of newly acquired firms from tool implementation to process harmonization
• Identify manual, fragmented workflows and build processes or automations to fix them
• Help build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that keeps the group running

Requirements

• Student in final stages of degree or a recent graduate
• Exposure to consulting, a startup, or a fast-paced operational environment
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bias to action and ability to work independently
• High level of ownership and precision in work
