About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority initiatives from problem definition through execution across growth, operations, partnerships, product, and other areas
• Help develop and scale critical functions, identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
• Build and maintain analyses, operating systems, and decision-making frameworks to guide strategy
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to design new workflows and leverage AI
• Explore and execute on new opportunities including strategic partnerships and new market expansions
• Drive cross-functional projects requiring alignment across multiple stakeholders
• Work closely with the CEO to make business decisions balancing growth and profitability

Requirements

• Experience in analytical problem-solving and operational rigor (e.g., startup, consulting, finance)
• Technical background or experience working with complex data
• Ability to learn SQL and low-code tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals
