We are a modern consumer law company that automates administrative work to put clients first, specifically in the personal injury space. Backed by Sequoia and Redpoint, we are rebuilding how the law serves everyday Americans from first principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing workflows and operational patterns to identify bottlenecks and gaps
• Design scalable processes, playbooks, and standards to improve consistency
• Define interfaces and communication models for seamless collaboration with firms and clients
• Partner with product and engineering to translate operational needs into automated tools
• Develop metrics and visibility mechanisms to measure performance and operational risks
• Test, iterate, and refine operational systems as company volume grows

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in a problem-solving role such as consulting, BizOps, Strategy, or Tech
• Experience building zero-to-one systems or teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate with urgency
• Capability to define high-level strategy and execute deep-dive tasks
• Strong focus on client experience and operational excellence
