About the Company

Concourse builds AI agents for corporate finance teams. We connect core enterprise data sources and deploy AI agents that can analyze the data through natural language, deliver insights in seconds, and enable our customers to make better decisions.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate go-to-market motion through outbound campaigns, pipeline building, partnerships, and content
• Design and run growth experiments across channels, messaging, and activation flows
• Coordinate events, dinners, roundtables, and community touchpoints
• Develop compelling narratives, decks, and materials for prospects and partners
• Design and build operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to enable scaling
• Own key strategic initiatives end-to-end from scoping to execution
• Identify and resolve business inefficiencies and gaps
• Support recruiting coordination, candidate experience, and onboarding
• Help shape company culture, rituals, and ways of working

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, finance, operations, BizOps, or strategy & operations
• Proficiency with AI and automation-first workflows
• Highly resourceful and able to thrive in ambiguity
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building structure from scratch (zero to one)

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in fintech or B2B SaaS
• Exposure to finance teams
