Responsibilities

• Build and execute a data-driven talent acquisition engine using sophisticated Boolean searches and multi-touch outreach.
• Design role-specific acquisition strategies and create optimized messaging frameworks for different candidate personas.
• Run structured experiments and A/B tests on outreach sequences to increase conversion rates.
• Build dashboards to track key metrics such as response rates, conversion funnels, and source effectiveness.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify where top talent congregates and understand competitive compensation.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure seamless candidate handoffs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in management consulting (MBB strongly preferred), strategy consulting, or top-tier strategy & operations.
• Builder mentality with the ability to create processes from scratch.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven optimization.
• Exceptional written communication skills for high-volume personalized outreach.
• Resilience and intellectual honesty in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outbound work such as sales development, growth marketing, or business development.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to document repeatable playbooks.
• Natural curiosity regarding human motivation and organizational design.
