Responsibilities

• Design and optimize systems and processes for coaching teams to improve efficiency and scalability
• Contribute to capacity planning, coverage, and resource allocation
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and tooling gaps
• Translate patient and commercial problems into measurable hypotheses and execution plans
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, clinical, and operations teams
• Track and improve key performance metrics including engagement, retention, and quality
• Act as a strategic thought partner to Services leadership using data-driven insights

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, strategy, or a similar generalist role
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis
• Hands-on experience improving processes and managing projects end-to-end
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
• Creative and positive problem-solving mindset
• Commercial awareness and ability to connect work to business value

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with health coaching, nutrition, or patient-facing services
• Experience in digital health or health-adjacent industries
• Background working in a startup or scale-up environment
• Previous people management experience
