Responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership to define and implement operational roadmaps
• Design scalable operational frameworks to support business growth
• Lead comprehensive analyses to identify market opportunities and operational inefficiencies
• Spearhead strategic initiatives and pilot programs from ideation to implementation
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Serve as the operational nexus between the track and horizontal teams (care, sales, product)
• Own the OKR process for the track and design performance tracking mechanisms

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or a related field
• Proven track record of scaling business operations in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in SQL or modern data analysis tools
• Strong strategic vision and analytical excellence
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Fluency in both French and English

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
