Strategy Manager, Security Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of the SRM strategic initiative portfolio, tracking progress and clearing blockers to ensure delivery.
• Improve and scale operations by applying modern digital tools and AI to increase efficiency.
• Provide executive advisory to the SRM management team by turning complex data into clear presentations and business cases.
• Support the management team through setting up routines, preparing agendas, and structuring strategic discussions.
• Drive M&A support across the deal lifecycle, including market scanning, target identification, and post-merger integration.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment by communicating goals and changes clearly across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting.
• Proficiency with a consulting toolkit, specifically regarding strategy and transformation projects.
• Professional exposure to B2B services businesses and their commercial/operational models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Hands-on engagement with AI, agentic workflows, and new ways of working.
• A proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within large, matrixed, or international organizations.
• Proven experience with change management and internal communication strategies.
• Background or professional interest in risk management or corporate security.
