Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-priority strategic design projects, including opportunity assessment, business valuation, and implementation planning
• Develop and own the end-to-end process of annual operating plans and corporate strategy
• Collaborate with major business units to integrate individual plans with overarching corporate objectives
• Evaluate and develop new market initiatives and business opportunities to foster innovation in patient care
• Provide guidance and leadership on moderately complex projects, managing time and resources effectively
• Synthesize diverse information to build compelling, data-driven investment cases

Requirements

• BA/BS with 4+ years of experience, or MBA/MS with 2+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in advanced valuation modeling, including discounted cash flows (DCF)
• Prior experience in strategic planning, decision analysis, or management consulting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capability and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build robust, long-term strategic relationships across all levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Proficiency with AI tools, such as generative technologies, to enhance productivity and problem-solving
