Strategy Manager, GTM Adoption & Operations - SMB AI Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational execution of process changes to ensure AI-enabled workflows are successfully adopted across Product, Pricing, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Map existing workflows and design future-state processes to integrate new AI tools effectively.
• Act as the primary integration point between innovation teams and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate process alignment.
• Develop incident and blocker playbooks, including workarounds and escalation paths for post-launch support.
• Manage change communications and monitor process adherence to identify and unblock adoption hurdles.
• Capture operational learnings and feedback to drive continuous improvement in the AI transformation roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in process redesign, workflow optimization, cross-functional change management, or GTM operations.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional peers and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Exceptional written communication skills for creating actionable playbooks, runbooks, and process documentation.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to map complex workflows and operational dependencies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain a pragmatic, iterative approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and sprint-based delivery environments.
• Experience with professional process mapping and documentation tools.
• Background in incident management or developing operational runbooks.
• Previous experience in Sales Operations, GTM, or large-scale product launch environments.
