Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for complex and sensitive projects
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities and threats
• Assist in high-level project management, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Participate in sophisticated research, modeling, and document creation to support strategic decision-making
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including third-party consultants and vendors, to ensure project alignment
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior management and external clients
• Contribute to team management by guiding and managing the work of junior team members

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting or management consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field
• Proven expertise in project management, strategic planning, and delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Solid understanding of modern AI tools and their practical applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
