Strategy Manager, Design Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale core design offerings, including online interior design packages and in-home services.
• Own service-level margins and operational performance across all design offerings.
• Partner with the Product team to develop and execute the strategic roadmap for consumer-facing AI applications.
• Drive service efficiency and customer outcomes through rigorous goal-setting and performance tracking.
• Oversee quality assurance and define excellence standards for virtual and in-home service experiences.
• Lead and develop distributed teams across Design Operations, Design Quality, and In-Person Design Operations.
• Analyze KPIs and partner with analytics to create dashboards that monitor business health and inform leadership decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business strategy, strategy consulting, or product within a fast-growth business.
• Proven experience managing large or distributed teams and scaling processes.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions and evaluate success.
• Fluency and interest in AI technology and its application to drive business change.
• Ability to work onsite at our Denver, CO headquarters.

• Demonstrated ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with tactical operational execution.
