Strategy Lead-China

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, including business performance and financial management for highly complex divisional activities.
• Execute high-priority strategic design projects through opportunity assessment, business valuation, and implementation planning.
• Manage consulting spend by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize internal projects and optimize external resource use.
• Establish a performance-based culture using actionable metrics for project delivery, execution, and process improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to execute group-level meetings, including annual operational performance and business reviews.
• Coordinate with business leads and Global Commercial Organization teams to define sales targets.
• Collect market trend and policy change feedback to incorporate into innovative model designs.
• Manage talent processes, including identification, development, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated consulting experience.
• Proven experience in people management and talent development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate colleagues at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools.
• Detailed knowledge of clinical trial or regulatory operational processes.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing centralized reporting and analytics frameworks.
