Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, OKRs, and high-impact initiatives
• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders and structuring workstreams
• Support market expansion and growth planning through analysis and business cases
• Build frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking to provide visibility into progress and risks
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve business operations
• Prepare analysis and recommendations to support leadership decision-making

Requirements

• Strong background in strategy, business operations, consulting, or high-growth environments
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition to delivery
• Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence senior leadership without formal authority
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn strategy into execution
• Clear communication and sound judgment in fast-moving environments
