Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with project leadership to define scope, develop approaches, and manage workstreams from initiation through delivery
• Lead project execution by organizing data, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Conduct issue analysis and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to answer key client business questions
• Support pharmaceutical brand strategy engagements, including launch strategy, situational assessments, and market opportunity assessments
• Design and execute qualitative market research, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
• Develop executive-ready presentations and compelling client stories by translating complex analyses into strategic narratives
• Collaborate closely with clients and partner with offshore Knowledge Services teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Coach and mentor junior team members while contributing to business development and thought leadership

Requirements

• MBA or PhD in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Marketing, Life Sciences, etc.); alternatively, 5-8 years of relevant work experience
• Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevant work experience
• Experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, market research, or strategic planning
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is highly preferred
• Strong qualitative research skills and the ability to synthesize findings into strategic recommendations
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including high proficiency in PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and lead discussions with senior stakeholders
• Fluency in English
