Strategy Insights & Planning Associate

Responsibilities

• Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems
• Conduct market and desk research to derive insights and inform client decision-making
• Design custom analyses using tools such as Excel, Access, and proprietary software
• Synthesize and communicate research results to clients and internal ZS teams
• Collaborate with client and ZS teams to implement strategic solutions
• Take ownership of assigned project deliverables throughout the engagement lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Life Sciences)
• Strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• High motivation, attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools or research methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and organize complex projects
