Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Leverage knowledge of R&D products and platforms such as Veeva or Medidata for strategic planning, data flow, and product implementations.
• Support R&D business process enhancements across Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety domains.
• Drive project delivery execution by organizing data, coordinating meetings, and ensuring progress.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses to test hypotheses.
• Synthesize findings and develop strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and support the professional development of Associates on project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Social Sciences).
• Mandatory experience with Veeva or Medidata platforms.
• Proven experience in quantitative coursework or 3-5 years of relevant post-study professional experience in lieu of a PhD.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel as required by client needs.
• High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
