Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant - Transformation & Change Management

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and execute large-scale transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, technology, and organizational effectiveness
• Support organizational transformation efforts including operating model design, governance structures, and process optimization
• Lead workstreams focused on change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies
• Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making
• Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and PMO governance processes
• Assess current-state business processes and design scalable future-state solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to coordinate complex transformation programs

Requirements

• 2-5 years of consulting, transformation, organizational effectiveness, or change management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives or operating model redesigns
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable plans
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel as required by client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals
• Experience working within PMO structures or large-scale transformation programs
